Kirill Yarusov

Kirill Yarusov

Director of Russian Branch

Kirill joined AAI in 2001 and has used his management and business skills in the international adoption field for over 12 years. Prior to joining us, he worked for the New Zealand Adoption Agency as a regional coordinator.

He firmly believes that the success of adults depends on their environment at childhood and is dedicated to helping adoptive families welcome Russian orphans into their homes to provide them with love, care, and affection.

He was born in St. Petersburg, where he currently resides with his wife Marina and their two children. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, and taking part in rally and downhill skiing.

Kirill Razumov

Kirill Razumov

Assistant Director

Kirill has been working in the field of international adoptions since 1993, originally working as a driver/interpreter and as a regional representative for New Zealand and American families.

He has always considered his job unique, because he has the opportunity to travel and help people experience one of the most emotional periods of their lives—watching children in orphanages blossom as they join their family. Despite any difficulties, he finds true satisfaction in helping to facilitate adoptions.

Kirill is married and spends his time off work enjoying sports (tennis, windsurfing, billiards), classical music, and fishing. He especially loves everything to do with water and sea.

She has now been promoted to the position of Assistant to the Director where she leads the “group adoption” programs.

She currently lives with her parents, her younger sister, and her little cat, Mars. She enjoys sports, reading, listening to music, photography, traveling, camping, and spending time with her friends. “I’m very proud and happy to play a part in helping adoptive families to feel comfortable while they are in Russia,” says Marianna. “It’s wonderful that the families have an opportunity to become familiar with the great history and culture of our country through one of the most beautiful cities of Russia.”
