Our Waiting Children programs are active with families that have signed up and are linked with children, but even more families are needed! We currently have children ages eight months old and older available through our Waiting Children adoption programs in China and Eastern Europe.

Because of this, two fee waivers are available to those submitting formal applications for our Kazakhstan, Russia, Russia Waiting Children, Ukraine, and Ukraine Waiting Children adoption programs between June 15, 2009 and July 31, 2009.
