* We have access to the files for over 1800 shared agency referrals.
* Children from this list are linked with their forever families every month. Most families are matched within 1-3 months!
* Many young girls and boys with minor correctable or already corrected special needs are available.
* Children age 8 months and older with special needs including congenital heart disease, cleft lip and palate, hepatitis b, limb deformities, vision and hearing disturbances, albinism, birth marks and scars are available. Children with more significant special needs are also available.
* Healthy children over age 6 are waiting to be matched to families in this program.
* CCAA posts additional new files to this list monthly. Pictures and medical information are available for review.

Kirill

Kirill is a cute little guy with hazel eyes and light brown hair. He is described as affectionate, outgoing and lively. Kirill's medical report indicates poor nutrition and the after effects of rickets. Also indicated is a functional heart murmur, strabismus, and congenital stridor.

Maria is a young girl who has experienced a fair amount of illness in her life so far. At the time of her medical report in September of 2009, she was generally healthy, but is diagnosed as being developmentally delayed and with acute rhinitis. At birth she was diagnosed with congenital heart disease and had a low birth weight. An extensive medical report is available along with pictures.

Nina is described as quiet, kind and tender. She is well-behaved and shows an interest in learning. Nina's speech and motor skills are delayed and her measurements are in a lower percentile. A recent update indicates that she is physically healthy and that she is making progress in many areas.

This sweet little girl is available and waiting for a family of her own. She has a functional heart murmur and shows some initial signs of rickets. She is slightly developmentally delayed but does not suffer from serious illness.

Sergei is a young boy who is generally healthy at the present time. He was born with congenital heart disease that was monitored from birth, but according to the cardiologist report is no longer a concern. Sergei has strabismus and is developmentally delayed.
