Ukraine Adoption Quota Update
On January 15, 2008, a new public notice regarding adoption quotas for Ukraine was issued. We are happy to announce that quotas will not be subdivided by country or specific categories of children. AAI’s Ukraine program remains open to all families interested in adopting a child from Ukraine.

The Ukrainian political situation has changed recently with subsequent changes in the process of adoption from this country. The State Department for Adoptions has officially posted a quota on adoptions to the U.S. in 2008.
